When connected to a PC running next generation PaperStream ClickScan documents can be scanned and sent directly to the cloud with a single touch, no interaction with the PC is required. PaperStream ClickScan also provides ad-hoc scan-then-save creation of editable Word, Excel or PowerPoint documents.
For PC-free operation, the latest and most advanced DirectScan functionality enables multiple users to scan directly to 3 pre-programmed destinations via the buttons on the scanner. Embedded OCR functionality within the iiGA SoC means searchable PDFs can be instantly created without the need for a PC.
Both scanners can also benefit from the world’s most trusted capture software - PaperStream Capture. While an upgrade to Capture Pro offers even more powerful automation, and intelligent form capture - even for handwritten non-cursive text.
