 The role:

  • Provide outstanding service to our clients
  • Use mechanical skills to repair devices, Lex provides manufacturer training as well as online and in-house training.
  • Experience in repairing and attending to faults on Konica Minolta/Develop, Lexmark, and Kyocera devices is desired.
  • Excellent time keeping, organisation and a well presented person. 
  • To work individually as well as with the team, i.e. installing/relocating print devices. 
  • Strong IT skills, and ability to install devices on a network environment.
  • Knowledge of print management softwares such as PaperCut is an advantage.

 The role:

  • To identify and close new sales opportunities
  • To meet and consult with potential clients, and pitch products/services confidently
  • Maintain a fruitful relationship with prospects and clients
  • Contact potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
  • Developing quotes and proposals, as well as negotiating and re-negotiating by phone/email or in person.
  • To assist the marketing function of the business including assisting with mail-shots and e-mail marketing.
  • To attend business breakfasts, lunches and other events to build relations with the local business community.
